A one-off CPF top-up (not a cash payout) for older Singaporeans with lower CPF savings. Credited automatically to your Retirement Account or Special Account in December 2026.
A one-off top-up to the CPF Retirement Account (RA) or Special Account (SA) β for older Singaporeans with lower CPF retirement savings. It is designed to help boost retirement adequacy for those who may not have had the opportunity to accumulate sufficient savings.

While it is not immediately spendable, it increases your retirement income stream β which has compounding value over time.
Up to $1,500, tiered by your CPF retirement savings balance as at 31 December 2025 and your home Annual Value (AV). Lower savings and lower AV = higher top-up.

Any Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident who wants a quick, honest way to check which government schemes apply to their situation β without missing out simply because they didn't know a scheme existed.
All scheme information is based on official guidance from CPF Board, MOH, MSF, and other relevant government agencies, verified against current eligibility criteria.
Yes. SG Govt Schemes Maximiser is completely free to use, with no signup or login required.
Singapore's government offers an extensive network of grants, subsidies, and support schemes β but awareness remains a persistent challenge. Many eligible Singaporeans miss out simply because the information is spread across dozens of separate agencies (CPF Board, MOH, MSF, HDB, MCCY, MOE) with no single place to check eligibility across all schemes at once.
Common reasons people miss out: not knowing a scheme exists, assuming they don't qualify without checking, confusion over eligibility criteria, or simply not having time to research each agency separately. This tool addresses all of these by bringing the key schemes together in one place with plain-English eligibility summaries.
GST Voucher (GSTV) is an annual cash transfer scheme that offsets the impact of Goods and Services Tax (GST) on lower- and middle-income Singaporeans. It comprises three components: Cash (for eligible adults), MediSave (for eligible seniors), and U-Save (utilities rebates for HDB households). Eligibility is based on assessable income and the Annual Value of your home.
CDC Vouchers are Community Development Council vouchers distributed to all Singaporean households. They can be used at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, as well as major supermarkets. Unlike most schemes, CDC Vouchers have no income or means-testing β all Singaporean households qualify.
SG60 Vouchers were introduced as part of Singapore's SG60 celebrations in 2025, providing all adult Singaporeans with vouchers for use at local businesses, cultural institutions, and hawker centres.
Assurance Package is a multi-year government package introduced to help Singaporeans adjust to the GST rate increase. It includes cash payouts, MediSave top-ups, CDC Vouchers, and other components distributed over several years to eligible Singaporeans.
SkillsFuture Credit provides all Singaporeans aged 25 and above with credits to offset the cost of approved skills training courses. It supports lifelong learning and career development, with periodic top-ups announced by the government.
Climate Vouchers help Singapore households offset the cost of switching to more energy-efficient appliances, as part of Singapore's sustainability goals.
Most Singapore government schemes use a combination of these factors to determine eligibility:
Assessable Income (AI): Your income as assessed by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) for a given Year of Assessment (YA). This is your total income minus approved deductions β it is not the same as your gross salary. Schemes typically use AI from the most recent completed YA.
Annual Value (AV) of your home: The estimated annual rental value of your property as assessed by IRAS. AV is used as a proxy for wealth β lower AV generally means a lower-value property. HDB flats typically have AVs below S$30,000; private properties vary widely. You can check your home's AV on the IRAS myTax Portal.
Citizenship and residency: Most schemes require Singapore Citizenship. Some extend to Permanent Residents (PRs) for specific components. Non-residents are generally not eligible for social support schemes.
Property ownership: Many schemes restrict eligibility to those who own no more than one property, or who live in HDB flats. Owning private property or multiple properties often disqualifies applicants from income-support schemes.
Log in to myTax Portal (mytax.iras.gov.sg) with your Singpass. Your Notice of Assessment (NOA) shows your assessable income for each Year of Assessment.
The Annual Value (AV) of your property is published on IRAS myTax Portal under βView Property Portfolioβ. For most HDB flats, AV ranges from S$9,000 to S$30,000 depending on flat type and location.
Yes β CDC Vouchers are distributed in rounds and require a claim via the Singpass app or the CDC Vouchers website (cdcvouchers.gov.sg). They do not roll over automatically.
If you missed the sign-up deadline for your preferred payment method, you can still sign up later and receive the payout within approximately 2 months of registration. You do not lose eligibility β you only lose the earliest payment date.
Most schemes covered in this tool are for Singapore Citizens only. CDC Vouchers are available to all Singapore Citizen households. Check individual scheme pages for PR eligibility.
Yes β many Singaporeans qualify for several schemes simultaneously. For example, a lower-income household may qualify for GSTV Cash, GSTV U-Save, CDC Vouchers, SG60 Vouchers, and Assurance Package Cash at the same time. This tool checks eligibility across all schemes in one pass.
This tool provides eligibility guidance only β it does not process applications. Links to the official application portals for each scheme are provided in the results. Always verify current eligibility criteria on the official agency websites before applying.
